How to Install Cafe Curtain Poles

If you’ve chosen our made to measure poles for your cafe curtains, here is our easy to follow guide on how to get them installed.

Face Fix Brackets

  1. Measure where you’d like the cafe curtains to sit (typically half way up your window) and mark the drill holes using the brackets.
  2. Drill your holes and screw in the bracket.
  3. Thread the collar onto the pole.
  4. Insert the pole into the bracket and tighten with allen key.
  • Brick walls: Use a 5.5mm masonry drill bit, and insert rawl plugs.
  • Plasterboard walls: Use an ordinary 5.5mm drill bit and insert rawl plugs.
  • Wood frames: Use an ordinary 2mm drill bit to create a pilot hole.

Recess Fix Brackets

  3. Thread the collar onto the pole.
  4. Insert the pole into the bracket and tighten with allen key.

  • Plasterboard walls: Use an ordinary 5.5mm drill bit and insert rawl plugs.
  • Wood frames: Use an ordinary 2mm drill bit to create a pilot hole.
